[FR] CI metrics tracking #2

It will be very useful to know total install size and amount of TS lines we gained/saved when doing things like adding a bit or removing duplicated learning concepts.

The size data could go in single line of the read me. As well as lines of typescript code.

code-stat worked okay one time. It reported ~320 lines of TS. For reference the vuex-todo app had around 200 lines.
