TrafficGen does not allow more than 1 transformation per second #117

Steps to reproduce

Set traffic generator to more than one Transformations per second.

Actual Result Traffic generated is less than one transformation per second: the grafana value drops and the logs also suggest less transformations

Expected Result Traffic generated should be roughly the configured value.
