please review. In particular I'd like you to check the instructions for installing the workshop stack as it seems to me there is duplication in the docker instructions? By using docker machine doesn't that mean docker is automatically installed on the instance? However maybe in the 'wrong' location for the the stack? Also docker compose is still needed right? I don't think docker machine installs docker-compose?
