Docusaurus 3 #637

Background

Sometimes I have motivation to do some chores around FSD projects. This doesn't happen often, so we're upgrading to Docusaurus v3, even though it's still in beta. Don't worry, the Docusaurus and Meta teams are already using it in production, we'll be fine.

Changelog

  1. Upgraded to React 18, MDX 2 and Docusaurus 3 (beta)
  2. Upgraded most other packages to their latest majors except for ESLint, which is kind of a pain in the ass to fix because there's a lot of code that I don't want to touch
  3. Got Prettier to run independently from ESLint
