Feature request: support Opening Books #96

Here you can see someone created their own GUI like Lizzie and a feature I really liked in that is how they have the AlphaGo Master SGF as an opening book so that Leela Zero plays all moves AlphaGo Master would have played in the opening, until the move doesn't exist in the book, then Leela Zero would play. Can this be added as a toggle option too please?

interestingly ive already made this as a KGS bot so it's not too far off. Maybe can be added for version 0.5 or 0.6, but by then, Leela Zero will be very strong... It might be better to add a general opening book so you can play against human openings, special openings, or anything.

superimpose the two. I'm sure for the foreseeable months, LZ won't be stronger than AGM opening, so I agree that a general opening book is very useful two, but why not have best of both wowrlrfds?

planning to:

load a file book.sgf
all variations in the book will be visible in analysis mode, with winrate if there is one
all variations will be playable in play mode, with a (weighted by visits/winrate?) random choice whenever the book variation matches up with the board position
