Updated the clarity/spelling in the febiolib.dox file, changed "of" to "off" (could also be "off of"), and changed "lirary" to "library".

Sorry for the very belated reply. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pull requests on the master branch. I recommend branching from the develop branch instead and submit pull requests from that branch.
