FEBio Hip models are not running with latest FEBio version #89

The repo models from the project Hip Chondrolabral Mechanics are not running with latest febio 4.7.

They do appear to be running with febio 3.8.

It turns out that the issue appeared to be related to the change of the contact search_radius parameter. This parameter used to be a relative measure, but at some point was changed to an absolute measure. Thus, updating this value appears to have solved the issue when running febio 3.8. However, despite this change, the models still don't work with febio 4.7.
