What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

In 2016, the FEC published a report entitled "Federal Elections 2016." The report covered votes cast for the President, Senate, and House by party, state, etc. I was looking for the same product for the 2020 elections.

We have not published the 2020 edition. Once published, you will be able to find it here, https://www.fec.gov/introduction-campaign-finance/election-and-voting-information/#election-results.

The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is the independent regulatory agency charged with administering and enforcing the federal campaign finance law. The FEC has jurisdiction over the financing of campaigns for the U.S. House, Senate, Presidency and the Vice Presidency.
