What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

I downloaded a bulk dataset for individual contributions from this page: https://www.fec.gov/campaign-finance-data/contributions-individuals-file-description/

But it does not come with recipient information that's shown on the website search page: https://www.fec.gov/data/receipts/?data_type=processed&two_year_transaction_period=2022&min_date=01%2F01%2F2021&max_date=12%2F31%2F2022

Where can I export (in bulk) information on contributors and recipients?

You also need the committee master file. You link the two files by committee ID.
