Delete a mistaken donation. Did not know it was a monthly amount. March 19, 2024. How do I delete it from my credit card? Does not need to be reimbursed.

I am retired and make a number of donations. This one for $48.93 was a mistake. I thought it was a one time donation but it has come through my credit card now for 3 months. Don[t want refund. Just want it deleted from my credit card.
