What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

I wanted to find US House Candidate "Timothy Gabriel Evans". Entering just "Evans", the drop-down list of choices didn't include him so I thought he was not on FEC yet.

Note: searching later on "Evans, Gabriel" did bring him up.
