Global Voting Districts

Dear Federal Elections Commission,

  1. New Global Voting Districts Based on Schools: 1 School = 1 Voting District
  2. Secondary: Go by Continent
  3. [Optional] Tertiary: Go by County
  4. Note: District shapes are circles that get whittled down; nothing concentric, of course
  5. Go off 1998 counties.

Examples:

  1. Africa with 1 school means all of Africa is one District
  2. 19 Schools (includes Stanford) in Palo Alto means 19 Voting Districts
  3. 18,098 Schools on Earth means 18,098 Voting Districts on Earth

etc.

What else to use these for: Divide City Funds equally between all Voting Districts Weekly on Sunday at 12 AM for their respectful timezones, State Funds are organized by Population(s) Monthly (12 AM on the 1st of the Month for that State’s/Region’s Timezone) and Federal Funds are a Daily Set Amount for All Districts (changes Daily but/and every District gets the same as the other Districts for that specific Day). This Federal number is determined by the Daily Water Average of the Universe: 8,000,000,098.9898 gallons of Water in the Universe = $00.01 of Federal Funding for each Voting District for that day. Federal Funding is distributed at 12 AM each day Eastern Time.
