Searching on "d'esposito" does not find candidate D'Esposito #13405

Searching on d'esposito does not find candidate Anthony D'Esposito (NY-04 House for 2024). When I do capitalize, it finds the man but lists him as Desposito.

That still leaves open the point that searching with capitalization does find him, but searching lower case does not.

So something in there is still wrong,

So please re-open this bug report or tell me I need to open a new one. Thanks.
