This page only includes candidates who have filed statements of candidacy for the 2007/2008 election cycle and Richard Moss has not yet done so. You can search for the candidate in the candidates section here to see his activity: https://www.fec.gov/data/candidates/?q=H6IN08228&has_raised_funds=true
