What we're after: This ticket was created as a result of a retrospective meeting the website team held in March (sprint 14.2). From that discussion, we summarized that accessibility work is worthwhile, legally-required, time-consuming and crucial to the use of our website for some of our users (some people all the time, some people some of the time, all people at any given time)
We need to schedule a discussion to talk about how we can:
discuss our accessibility needs at the agency level
improve accessibility throughout our web presence
conduct regular checks
accessibility training and/or certification
identify gaps in our analysis and possible tools to address those gaps
Completion criteria:

We have already been making strides to make sure new PDF documents are accessible and that staff are trained in PDF accessibility. Let's see what else we may be able to do in PI 18.
