Wagtail wish list: Show when modified documents were uploaded #5794

Summary

What we're after: As a content person, I want to make sure the latest version of a document is the one in Wagtail

Documents show when they were first uploaded to Wagtail but it would be nice to have a modified column to show when a replacement file was last uploaded. For example, Directive 70 was first uploaded 6 years ago, but had multiple replacements uploaded this year as we worked on making the file 508 compliant.
