This issue is in a research phase: See if we can leverage cloud.gov staff on the project for a bit.

Reached out to cloud.gov team and will follow up with them to see what availability would be and how we could best work on this sooner rather than later.

Had a brief meeting with cloud.gov- closing the ticket because the research is done.

A couple hours of cloud.gov team attention a week, for a month or two, with some meeting overhead to understand the context. approximately 18 hours. We would like to get started in early January.

We would do this under the current IAA through March and cloud.gov team members can simply bill hours to it.
