Note: This includes instructions on using the application. For procedural/setup instructions for alpha users, that will be https://fecgov.atlassian.net/browse/FECFILE-1613.

Jonella is working on the first draft, and once it’s ready for review will post on the Drive. (BA note: link to system readiness tracker when available)

Mitchell Jarrett commented: The user guide is not necessary for ALPHA. We will have a short getting starting document. I am getting rid of the Test release One tag per conversation with Jonella.
