  1. BAs will work with devs to determine where/how to publish sprintly (fecfile-project-management repository)
  2. Once page is established, Aurelia will let Jonella know what the link is for the Getting Started page

akhorsand commented: Notes from 11/1 PdM sync up: our process for creating release notes in GitHub right now is fairly robust, and we may not need to do much more than that outside giving the users a way to easily find them. This has been deprioritized from alpha with the goal of finalizing before production release.
