For future reference, regenerating the token invalidated the old one. It would be hard to do this without downtime, and this type of token requires an expiration date. However, by moving to a @fecfile-bot with a classic token we're addressing this. OBE. Work continued here: https://github.com/fecgov/fecfile-web-app/issues/2011
