Allow user to view/edit linked Candidate within Committee Contact (Contact Management) #1029

Business Reason

As a user, I will be able to view/edit the linked Candidate for any Committee Contact within my committee account's Contact Management so that I know what will be auto-populated in for certain transactions.

Acceptance Criteria

Given the user is viewing a Committee contact in Contact Management If the Committee has a linked Candidate Then that information will be displayed, And I will be able to update that information if needed using a Lookup.

BA Questions:

1. Should the user be able to enter this if manually creating a committee? 2. Should the user be able to edit the link if received from the FEC database? 3.
