As a Committee Administrator, I will be able to utilize a LOOKUP feature on the Treasurer on Schedule E transaction so that I can search for an existing treasurer/representative or add a new contact as a treasurer/representative to be used.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I am a Committee Administrator
When I am creating a transaction in the following list:
[ ] Independent Expenditure
[ ] Multistate Independent Expenditure
[ ] Credit Card Payment for Independent Expenditure
[ ] Credit Card Corresponding Memo
[ ] Staff Reimbursement for Independent Expenditure
[ ] Staff Reimbursement Memo for Independent Expenditure
[ ] Payment to Payroll for Independent Expenditure
[ ] Payroll Memo for Independent Expenditure
[ ] Void of Independent Expenditure
And I want to change the system generated Treasurer on the Schedule E transaction
Then I will be able to use the Lookup function to search for or add a new Treasurer
BA Note: we need to address how this contact works. If we are defaulting in from Form 1, how do we reconcile that with saving a contact and what will default in on the next form?
