Issue: Tables on Transactions in this report page are not named

Task:

• [ ] Give the RECEIPT data table the following description: "A Data table of all receipts created by the committee during the current coverage period broken down by line number, transaction type, name of entity, date, if there is a memo code, transaction amount, the aggregate of the entity, and actions."
