UI: Update Form 1M TYPE and COVERAGE on "Manage reports" Data Table #2044

TYPE and COVERAGE is blank for the Form 1M on the Manage reports data table, but should be populated as below.

Tasks:

The TYPE should read: NOTIFICATION OF MULTICANDIDATE STATUS
The COVERAGE should read: N/A
