UI: Update Form 99 TYPE and COVERAGE on "Manage reports" Data Table

Issue:

Currently TYPE and COVERAGE are not displaying for the Form 99 on the Manage reports data table.

Tasks:

• If there is no value in the optional TEXT CODE field of that Form 99, The TYPE should read:

• MISCELLANEOUS REPORT TO THE FEC

• If a value appears in the TEXT CODE field, then display that value:

  1. DISAVOWAL RESPONSE

  2. FILING FREQUENCY CHANGE NOTICE

  3. MISCELLANEOUS REPORT TO THE FEC

• The COVERAGE should read: N/A

Elaine Krauss commented: Form 99 entries have TYPE and COVERAGE values on the Manage Reports table. Coverage values implemented in #1465, where [~accountid:627ebeb2236090006f61d37d]'s solution is applicable to all form types that don’t have Coverage From or Through dates.
