Allow user to merge similar contacts #71

Business Reason

As a user, I will be able to merge duplicate contacts (or be warned that a contact I am about to create is similar to an existing one?) so that I can ensure each contact in my Contact Management is unique and I do not negatively affect aggregate totals for reporting.

Acceptance Criteria

It is critical we don't have duplicate contacts, since that can affect aggregate totals.

Example duplicate problem: Laura $100 Laura dupe A $100 Laura dupe B $100 Laura should itemize but she won't
