Determine whether we can improve on the names of the sections on the homepage #2175

In order to help users understand what's available on the site and navigate to the information they're after, we're going to reassess whether we've given the sections of the site names that make sense to users and point them in the right direction.

Testing of v2 of homepage will inform this issue.
