Would like to be able to see off year candidates without the on-year candidates #2306

What were you trying to do and how can we improve it?

Find candidates who ran in the 2017 Montana House Special Election only. The lists of candidates using the state/district look up on the website list all candidates for both the 2017 and 2018 elections..

General feedback?

In a future update, can these lists of registered candidates separate special election candidates from the normal general election candidates? Or can there be a separate look up for special elections?
