Unable to access archived mur pdf documents from stage s3 bucket

What we’re after

In the stage space, few archived MUR PDF document won't open. When attempting to access the PDF document from the Stage S3 bucket, an error occurs: "Error: Failed to load PDF document." Investigate why these PDF's fail to open in Stage website and also from Stage s3 bucket

Transferred PDF files from the PROD MURS folder to the STAGE environment. Archived MURS PDFs are now accessible in stage.
