Code new styles #84

Goal: Translate the visual styles from #83 into modular CSS to speed up frontend dev while having a consistent design language throughout the interface.

Criteria: CSS implemented on staging site.

I wanted to mock these up in Sketch with the new visual style guide before coding them up. Here's what I have. I'm going to start coding asap, but feedback welcome.

First, a much prettier home screen: home

Searching for a term brings up the table view, with a persistent search bar displaying the search terms, as well as the sub-nav links to the full datasets.

Is this just a sample of the look? I am a bit confused because the heading says "Candidates" but the results look like expenditures. Though, I may be taking your example too literally.

Agreed with Lindsay. Looks great, but the columns don't seem to follow with what we would display for a candidate.
