Show horde vs alliance locations #8

Some locations are horde or alliance aligned. The TaxiNodes table has a flags column which has this data (some flight points are available only to horde or alliance), though others are not like this (even portals, some of which are unusable to the other faction).

Note it's still useful to see the other factions' aligned locations, since sometimes you really do want to go to them.
