TEI Index/Ways to get useful entity data

For inclusion in a TEI index like this one, which collects all the entities in the entire library of texts and describes them: https://digitalmitford.org/si.xml

Some ways we could get useful info for our own TEI index:

• Getting a QID from the Wolfram Entity: WikidataData[Entity["Person", "AbrahamLincoln::sjv3j"],"WikidataID"]
• Getting a Wikipedia article from its QID: https://www.wikidata.org/w/api.php?action=wbgetentities&ids=Q5317&languages=en&props=sitelinks%2Furls&sitefilter=enwiki&format=json

TEI choices:

• In the text itself, names of entities should be marked as names with a @ref attribute, the value of which is an identifier for some entity in the TEI index.
  • The TEI index should house additional information, not the marked-up text!
  • Measures and dates are exempt, since they are neither names nor entities for inclusion in the TEI index. However, they should be marked up with more info than exists in the original text.
• In the TEI Index, entities detected by Mathematica should have corresponding URIs according the URI scheme described in the program's README
• In the TEI Index, lists of entities are given a @type, referring to the Mathematica content type of the entity
  • This is in contrast with Digital Mitford's site index, which uses a @sortKey instead. We don't need to sort these lists amongst themselves, and "type" is semantically more meaningful.
• In the TEI Index, attributes that reference entities in the same document should have @refs in the format #XML_ID_OF_REFERENCED_ENTITY
