make days_since_first_day 1- instead of 0-indexed #12

to accommodate Emperor animations better, as I understand it

to avoid confusion the 1-indexed column should be named something slightly different so we can distinguish between metadata that has been modified using different versions of Qeeseburger. I imagine we could call the 1-indexed column something like day_number_from_1.
