The auto-update-the-readme-thing is a good idea, but having the CLI usage be located at the bottom of the README is weird. Probably makes more sense to rewrite this script later as something in Python that inserts the CLI usage into the middle of the README. Maybe use jinja templates or something? Not super important, tho.
