Added qBittorrent v4.6.0 and v4.6.2 test environments.
Added a SetShareLimits variant, which was introduced in qBittorrent v4.6.0.
Resolved unit tests that were failing against qBittorrent v4.6.0 and v4.6.2.
Added new proxy preferences.

Closes #22.
