Flamingo has been implemented as PoC in the branch feature/813-flamingo-sec-agg. The issue has been divided into smaller tasks as part of the milestone https://github.com/fedbiomed/fedbiomed/milestone/92 Therefore, I will close this issue as completed. Thanks @rtaiello for the nice PoC implementation.
