A smaller client plugin level?

I think some of the functionality that is currently in src/github.js is pretty generic. Maybe a smaller plugin could have an API something like:

• constructor(spec)
• fetchIssues
• fetchComments(issueId)
• createIssue(fields) -> id
• createComment(issueId, fields) -> id
• updateIssue(id, fields)
• updateComment(id, fields)
• deleteIssue(id, fields)
• deleteComment(id, fields)

And using only local identifiers. and using its own schema for Issue and Comment

And then I'll move the sync logic into src/sync.ts
