RfP amount should be 9700 euros (7000 for our part in 1a and 2700 for 1c)

Also https://github.com/federatedbookkeeping/research/issues/42 - this is coming from schema change across time instead of from data portability across systems, but the six challenges are well formulated and a great test for our theory in this milestone.
