Add Invoice Ninja #38

Invoice Ninja is great!

I was able to enter time tracking data through the GUI and generate an invoice for that:

But when I tried to access the time tracking data through the API, this is how far I got:

After signing up for the free trial, that changed to:

We have enough apps now, so closing this as stale. See #43 for the wrap up of milestone 4.
