Realtime filtering of checklists

For bigger checklists I often find it difficult to check whether an item already exists, and if so where in the list it is. I often end up adding stuff twice.

For that reason it would be great to have some kind of realtime filtering of the whole checklist. Either in an additional search box or even better while typing and creating a new item.

This would especially be great for big multiple use lists like grocery shopping lists which you tick on and off multiple times.

Sorting would help?

I personally (try to) order the grocery shopping list according where the stuff is in the shop. Sorting it alphabetically would not really help.

Sorting alphabetically would make finding existing entries easier, though. I want to vote for such a feature.
