If there are more favors of app installed (alpha, beta, ...) on device, dynamic shortcut of note is not unique. There is dialog to choose one of the app favor. Possible fix is on: https://github.com/tappdesign/Omni-Notes/commit/3c9a654d3b368bceadfb2e40dd13543f659ff248
