Support Adaptive & Monochrome Icons #931

Hi!

First up, I've been using omni notes for many years and I love it. I've recently switched to a new phone and noticed that the app does not support adaptive / themeable icons, which makes it stick out pretty badly when using a custom icon theme.

I've reworked the app icon to use adaptive icons and added a monochrome icon as well to support theming on android 13. I tried to stick as close to the original design as possible, with minor modifications (the FAB can not 'stick out' from the main circle anymore when the icon can take different shapes based on the launcher theme).

great job, I'll give a look to the result as soon as possibile, but surely not before september.
