Annotation error, package not installed - Zebrafish #8

Just to note that the annotation selection stage is giving an error at the moment, when selecting Zebrafish from the drop down for creating the annotation dataframe :

The package org.Dr.eg.db is not installed/available. Try installing it with BiocManager::install('org.Dr.eg.db')

Error: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.

Hi Nicholas, do you have a sessionInfo for that? Are you running it locally? If so, you just might have to install that package. HTH, Federico

Oh ok, might well be that there the package is not installed - not "enough" users in our campus working with zebrafish, I guess 😃 Can you maybe try and see if it works locally? That would be great!
