Clean quantiseqr.R from unnecessary code #3

The main function in quantiseqr.R is run_quantiseq.

deconvolute_quantiseq is only needed for immunedeconv. @federicomarini shall we remove it?

We just have to keep into consideration that they have to interface seamlessly.

Yes, I'd be for removing.

The interface should keep on being in immunedeconv - no visible change to the user, at best. But we can use deconvolute_quantiseq to handle these aspects 😉
