Add ReqIF namespaces #1

When you add the ReqIF namespace to the xsl namespace declarations 'xmlns:reqif="http://www.omg.org/spec/ReqIF/20110401/reqif.xsd"' on does not need to modify the ReqIF file prior to processing.

Of course you need to need to use fully qualified node names throughout the implementation. I have changed it and it works. If you want I can commit it.

Thanks for your interest. Please feel free to submit a pull request. I must say that unfortunately I haven't really been using this software in the last year or so. But I will have a look at the pull request if you feel like submitting one.
