Subtitle Language/Choice not being remembered for when next episode plays #3

I decided to split the two subtitle related issues into different issues since they are likely unrelated.

I have to switch from English subs to English (signs and songs) subs each time a new episode begins since the addon won't store this selection of mine. I found this interesting considering it does remember my choice of language (English dub) for when next episode plays.

Not a massive issue, but it is bothersome to have to go into settings and change subtitle 'language' every ~25 minutes for new episodes.

hey, both of those issues are problems from Stremio itself. My addon simply adds an interface to easily access the One Pace torrents, but nothing else. It doesn't have logic behind it or store preferences. I'd recommend making an issue in Stremio's github page.
