StumbleUpon Panel Broken #41

It looks like the StumbleUpon panel fetches the correct feeds and contains the right text, but the links lead to invalid URLs.

Hmm, looks like StumbleUpon broke their own RSS feeds: http://rss.stumbleupon.com/user/fediaFedia/

I managed to add a workaround which fixes it.

Simply add Substitute="/to/":"/su/" to [MeasureLink1,2,3,4,5,6]
