12 years ago Actually, unfortunately, it does delete files. It will keep only the variables. The custom panels take up only a few Kilobytes of space anyway..

Now that the custom panel creator is here, what is the point of extra blank panels taking up space? I think it's just common sense to get rid of them...
Update: users with existing custom panels will not be affected in an upgrade via the rmskin install because it does not delete files, it just overwrites files.
