Describe the bug threads.net is now federated according to meta and in app features.

Expected behavior threads.net to populate on the list.

is their integration enough to count as federated?

it seems like they don't receive posts, replies and followers, and including them in "Popular Accounts" is already polluting the section with accounts that don't even receive content.
