Write an article on how to get started on Mastodon as an administrator once your instance is up and running.

"Step 2" after instance is deployed

[ ] Logging in as root
[ ] Customization options
[ ] Blocklists (Instance level explained, pros and cons) TBH this could probably be an article that this links to
[ ] Signup Rules
[ ] Generating invite links (for initial users at least)
[ ] Relays and the perils of them (They can use A LOT of storage)
[ ] Add link on previous article for this to be the "Next Step"
